I found a very amusing website (or maybe a organization?) from tw named gov-zero . https://g0v.tw/ . Its an organization devoted to information transparency, open results and open cooperation for government policies, instead of an anarchist organization. In this era of power concentrated media, I think its a great experiment, especially in some(:-))) socialist? countries.
